Online payments made by credit card are processed directly on the secure servers of our bank, Crédit Agricole. We have absolutely no access to your bank details.

Shipping & Returns
PAYMENT
Payment is made by credit card at the end of the order on the secure server of our bank Crédit Agricole, by check or directly in store.
If ordering by mail, the order must be accompanied by payment by check for the amount of the order, including shipping costs.

DELIVERY COSTS
For all orders except in-store pickup, a delivery fee will be charged. The amount will be displayed before the customer confirms the order.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
According to article 121-19 of the consumer code, the customer has a period of 7 days following delivery to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons, or pay penalties, with the exception of return costs.
This period is seven clear days from the date of receipt of the goods or acceptance of the offer for services. When the seven-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day.
To be eligible for a refund, products must be returned in perfect condition for resale and complete, including packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To avoid any dispute in case of loss by the carrier of the returned product, always use a transport service that allows tracking of the package and insure the package for the market value of the product.
